Prior to going independent, Claire held a series of director level roles in blue chip companies within the IT services and management consultancy sector in a career spanning over twenty years. Claire focuses on building leadership effectiveness, working with individuals and teams to develop a style, which is energised and successful in meeting both immediate challenges and for establishing a foundation for future growth. Key to her approach is enhancing leaders’ self awareness and increasing their comprehension of the organisational systems in which they work.
