Ian is a qualified executive coach working with managers on bespoke one-to-one development. He has 18 years’ experience in senior operational and strategic HR roles in the leisure industry, the health service and a leading FTSE 100 utility business. Ian is particularly strong in the design and development of management and leadership development programmes for middle and senior managers, including performance management appraisal skills, interpersonal skills, and influencing skills. Recent assignments include leading the design and implementation of a series of development conferences covering 350 middle-manager delegates, building awareness of business strategy and developing cross-functional business relationships.
