As a leader, he held both HR roles and Sales & Marketing roles at a senior level. After an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge, Larry's consulting career has seen him work with organisations as diverse as Barclays Bank, The British Red Cross, O2, Her Majesty's Prison Service, London Underground and the DfES.
