During Larry's career, he has been responsible for large-scale organisational change projects for two global brands - Tesco and Coca-Cola. As a leader, he held both HR roles and Sales & Marketing roles at a senior level. After an MBA with Distinction from Ashridge, Larry's consulting career has seen him work with organisations as diverse as Barclays Bank, The British Red Cross, O2, Her Majesty's Prison Service, London Underground and the DfES. Larry's passion is for enabling individuals, teams and organisations achieve higher levels of performance - through innovative organisational and leadership development approaches.
