And as such we take great care to recruit and retain top consultants; in so doing, we bring you valuable thought, knowledge and insight.

Formal accreditation is an intrinsic element of our recruitment and retention process; we implement an assessment process twice a year, evaluating new candidates objectively using a bespoke programme. We accredit only those consultants with:

  • A good cultural, ethical and values fit with our organisation; we adhere to our code of conduct
  • The right skills, knowledge and experience to best service our clients, in terms of background and learning, sector, function, and seniority
  • And the motivation to help our clients create and sustain meaningful change in their organisations

Once accredited, our consultants are quickly immersed in our company culture, and get the opportunity to work alongside our most senior people. This approach brings them swiftly up to speed and allows us to offer clients the benefit of added breadth of experience without delay.

By thoroughly and systematically assessing our people at the outset, we can be confident that we continue to meet the needs of our clients. This process of formally reviewing skills, fit, and experience continues; all consultants receive an annual appraisal as part of their ongoing development.
