Professional development is critical to us to maintain our quality of work
We make it part of our contract with colleagues that they maintain and grow their own knowledge and skills. This is generally not a hardship for them; they love to learn and grow as part of their professional life.
We also offer CPD opportunities to our associate network; at regular events consultants showcase their latest skills and knowledge; and we have established an online ‘swap shop’ of skills and knowledge for our consultants.
Consultants also stay on trend by attending conferences, skills development events and by joining professional networks. For the last five years TSOC has sponsored Leaders in London, an international conference that enabled us to marry our own learning with greater understanding of what our clients find challenging.
We love to engage with customers on ‘hot topics’ in the development world, and arrange ‘drop-in’ meetings to do just that. We’re known for our thought, knowledge and insight, and this is most widely accessed via our popular ‘Food For Thought’ articles.
