Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy for TSO Consulting's one-day open workshops is as follows:

• More than 21 days notice of cancellation: 100% refund of workshop-registration fees
• 14-20 days notice of cancellation: 50% refund of workshop-registration fees
• 13 days or less notice of cancellation: 0% refund of workshop-registration fees

Further information about our cancellation policy where corporate (i.e. non-open) workshops, coaching programmes, and other consultancy are concerned is incluced in the formal, tailored proposals that TSO Consulting submits to each individual corporate client in writing.
