A new chief executive seeking organisational effectiveness created the case for change using the stark results from a business excellence benchmark project.
A key weakness was good leadership; the chief executive wanted a change programme to develop his vision of effective leadership among 450 managers. The leadership model Helena Brown (above) used brought to life the vision of leadership by demonstrating value of different leadership and team working styles.
