The Development Director of a large organisation had lost her focus; she had returned to her role after a successful year as the organisation’s Interim Chief Executive, but she failed to secure the permanent position.

Coaching with Melanie Jones (above) helped the director analyse the factors, both real and perceived, that had been blocking her progress. She explored her anxieties about the ‘glass ceiling’ some women feel they face in senior management.
