During a soft skills development programme designed to channel fresh commitment from 132 key managers we realised they needed to better understand their complex role.
Without more clarity around the demands of their job, the managers would not be able to fully benefit from the leadership development on offer.
Larry Shulman (above) helped senior executives to ensure the work they wanted us to provide would retain and strengthen their managers’ commitment to the job. Together we reconsidered the managers’ needs and created two information rich conferences packed with workshops and knowledge sharing events.
