People agreed to create a ‘no surprises’ working culture.

Defining mutual understanding focussed on identifying the skills each stakeholder group has, discussing how to use these well, and understanding each group’s working pro cesses. We brought about consultation and joint decision making to help the stakeholders agree the norms for working together and to take stock of current issues.
