Reorganisation at a key government department meant changed processes, a need for new working relationships, calm understanding and clear communication.

A regional office needed to work out with its government bosses what the changes would mean and how to use this information to improve their work.

They agreed new ways to work together and created a joint action plan.

Jo Dale (above) created an event designed to help people understand each other’s strategic priorities, and work out how to achieve these with with reduced resources. The work focussed on understanding how to work together, and clarified roles and responsibilities. People signed up to the 'new world' because they understood how to deal with the changes.
