A boss wanted his team of talent stream executives to improve the impact they have in their demanding roles suporting, advising and guiding politicians.
‘Maximising My Impact’ workshops were designed by Larry Shulman (above) to help the team become better at having difficult conversations; to be influential, deal with stress and with stressful situations; and to communicate effectively. The workshops were impactful, fast-paced, creative and practical. The programme included a presence and impact session with our partner Central School of Speech and Drama, group debate, and individual feedback.
