Two newly-created Boards decided to channel the energy of new dynamics and fresh perspectives to develop focus and vision for the future.
These regional teams of directors had been created by their large, complex organisation to deal with strategic issues and to deliver a range of corporate performance and change issues.

The two teams needed to work closely together. Leadership development, Board visibility, setting priorities, recognising new challenges and agreeing a shared way forward were key challenges to explore.
