Working with the company’s own leadership and development team Lynne Goulding (above) and Jo Dale designed a range of events that would help the executivess expand their sphere of influence and understanding; clarify their own and others’ leadership expectations; and be a catalyst for positive change. These events also provided the right environment for the group to form their own, more informal support network.
