TSOC's partnership with the Environment Agency started in Wales in 2006, where we delivered a Confident Communication programme, to suport staff in improving external stakeholder relationships. The Regional Director and management team benefited from Executive Coaching, and the programme touched 450 people, enhancing ambassadorial and engagement skills.

The programme culminated in a series of high impact conferences bringing together external stakeholders and EA Wales Management to discuss key drivers for positive environmental impact. Here's one of the newsreels we created for the conference.

The Fire Service College commissioned TSOC to write, edit, and produce a suite of workbooks for Supervisory Managers on the subjects of Leadership, Change, and Diversity. The workbooks were tightly linked to the Fire & Rescue Service PQA model (Personal Qualities and Attributes), and were created to be used both on- and offline.

We also designed and delivered a series of Train The Trainer workshops, to help internal training staff at the college deliver ongoing support workshops.

Transport for London has been a client for TSOC since 1999; our work with this changing organisation has been wide and varied, in supporting its people through political change and funding issues. Our delivery has included (among many other assignments):

Our work with Natural England comprised coaching for a Regional Director, plus a Staff Readiness project, whereby we reviewed business-plan submissions from each part of the organsation, to assess the extent to which the Natural England had the right people in the right place, offering the right things, with the right budget.
