The inimitable Lyn Bicker founded TSO Consulting way back in 1999; very sadly she passed away in 2012 at just 63, but her many years experience as an organisational development consultant, business strategist, and boardroom facilitator allowed her to create an exceptional management consultancy, known for it's insight, inspirational approach, and creativity.

Lyn's passion was for Executive Coaching, and large, complex change projects; her reputation for helping client organisations develop senior teams in line with organisational strategy lives on - as does the inspiration she gave to the TSOC coaching and consulting team, and her valued clients.

Lyn's mantra was always to maximise return on investment, by helping her clients create meaningful and sustainable change. No change there - TSOC continues to help its clients build high performing teams with the aim of maximising ROI and creating what Lyn would call 'sticky' change.
