Key Performance Indicators
The KPIs below set out the 'critical success factors' TSOC applies to all of our executive coaching assignments. For confidentiality reasons, we cannot divulge our clients' individual objectives, but the KPIs below demonstrate the consistent focus we apply to quality, and to the achievement of true return on your investment.
- Both coach and client understand and formally subscribe to the TSO Coaching Code of Conduct in session one.
- Clear priorities are formally established, agreed, and understood within the first session.
- The link between personal performance and organisational excellence (the business benefit) is fully understood by the client.
- Coaching session feedback consistently rates support from,
and interaction with the coach as 'good' to
'excellent' in terms of the following statements:
- "The session has challenged me to achieve more than I would alone."
- "My coach understands and has helped me understand the underlying issues affecting my performance."
- "The session generated ideas that I want to work on and take forward."
- "The session identified behaviours and skills that I need to learn and/or improve upon, and has provided resources for me to do so."
- "The information we discussed was valuable in terms of reaching my personal development goals."
- "The feedback I received during the session was constructive and positively phrased."
- "The feedback I received during the session moves me forward in terms of self awareness."

- "Ways forward were identified and defined at the end of the session - I understand what I should work on next."

shows evidence of:
- Accomplishment of the previous session's mini-objectives
- Fresh insight into the behaviours of others and the value of difference
- Growing awareness of barriers to performance improvement
- Progress towards project goals
