Tangible Benefit
In bringing thought, knowledge and insight to top teams we aim to always bring our clients the best value and most appropriate support.
We understand why it is important customers achieve tangible benefit from our work because our consultants and coaches are management professionals. They are experienced across diverse business sectors; they understand the demands and drivers of the public sector, and the increasing competition across key commercial markets.
To achieve return on investment (ROI) with our coaching customers, we ensure:
- Both coach and client understand and formally subscribe to the TSO Coaching Code of Conduct;
- Key performance indicators and individual objectives are clearly identified at the beginning of a coaching investment;
- The link between personal performance and organisational excellence (the business benefit) is fully understood by the client;
- Commitment: client 'buys-in' to the coaching concept, consistently working on those skills behaviours identified for improvement between sessions;
- Evidence: a pre-session preparatory document from the client
shows evidence of:
Accomplishment of the previous session's mini-objectives
Fresh insight into the behaviours of others and the value of difference
Growing awareness of barriers to performance improvement
Progress towards goals
