In terms of perfecting programmes, our greatest successes are where we work on an iterative basis; this allows us to test programme design through pilot events, and to fine tune before full delivery rolls out. Our final design is also regularly evaluated and tweaked as work continues; adjustments are made in response to feedback, as well as to any changes in organisational context.
